Property Services are pleased to announce the continued provision of their two packaged maintenance services to schools through the existing schemes with which schools are familiar. As from April 2014, in partnership with the Council's preferred contractor – Bilfinger Europa, we have aimed to continue providing an exceptional service to all participating schools as a number one priority through these two key packages:

1. The ‘Buy-Back' package open to local authority maintained and voluntary controlled (VC) primary, special schools and PRUs – essentially a reactive maintenance and servicing indemnity scheme for participating schemes.

2. The ‘STAR' (Statutory Testing and Repair) package open to local authority maintained secondary schools, academies and voluntary aided (VA) schools – essentially the administration of reactive maintenance and servicing on behalf of participating schools.
