Arbor Update
We’re proud to announce that the ICT Schools Team has officially achieved EXPERT status as a support unit! This recognition reflects the depth of our skills and experience in supporting schools, particularly in our work with Arbor.
What does this mean for you? It means we can now resolve a greater number of queries directly within our team—without needing to escalate to Arbor for further assistance. This not only streamlines support but ensures faster, more efficient service for our schools.

Arbor Finance Accreditation
We are thrilled to announce that our team (including our bursar support service) is now fully accredited to provide support and training for Arbor Finance. Our staff have undergone comprehensive training and successfully passed assessments to meet the high standards set by Arbor. This accreditation will be invaluable for schools migrating to Arbor Finance in the coming weeks.
The ICT Schools Team has been established as an accredited support partner for Arbor Management Information System (MIS) since 2018.
New Partnership with Bromcom
Expanding our MIS support provision, we have entered an exciting new partnership with Bromcom, one of the UK’s leading cloud-based MIS platforms. Our team has worked diligently to achieve accreditation as a Bromcom support, training, and consultancy provider. We will offer unlimited remote and telephone support, comprehensive statutory documentation for each census and key stage returns, and a robust training schedule to meet your needs.
Continued Partnership with ESS SIMS
We are pleased to confirm that we will continue our partnership with ESS SIMS from 1st April 2025, having signed a new multi-year agreement as an approved support partner. This long-standing partnership will enable our schools to continue using SIMS7 & FMS6 software; plus take advantage of the Next Gen products, when ready. Look out for Webinars later this Spring Term.
Technical Support Team
Our Technical Support Team have completed their ITIL 4 training. ITIL is a globally recognised, best practice methodology, for IT service management that is used all over the world by leading organisations. ITIL ensures that our IT services and strategy are aligned to the needs of our supported Schools.
