Leadership Development Workshops
The 2026 to 27 programme of Leadership Development Workshops offers Senior Leaders and staff the opportunity to hear from nationally recognised speakers on topics of current interest such as well-being, flexible working, Ai, SEN/inclusion and targeted areas of effective leadership.
These subjects and speakers are suggested by Buckinghamshire Headteachers and are appropriate for all members of SLT. There is also the opportunity to network with colleagues at face-to-face events from primary, secondary and special schools.
Members of the BASL Board, experienced Headteachers in Bucks, alongside members of the School Improvement Team will also attend each event.
