Parental Engagement Workshop

15th of March 2021

Description

The Parental Engagement workshop took place for Bucks Headteachers and Chairs of Governors to address the issue of educational attainment for vulnerable children.

This workshop followed on from the conference on the 12th of February and addressed parental engagement and the barriers in education faced by vulnerable pupils.

The workshop was led by Marc Rowland, Adviser, Unity Schools Partnership, and the Education Endowment Fund.

David Hood, Headteacher at the Cressex Community School, provided a local view of the experiences of the school.
