The programme is available to all new headteachers for 2 years.
CPD sessions will focus on wellbeing, people-management and building relationships. School Improvement sessions will be led by the BC Advisers and guests and cover topics such as ‘The Role of the Headteacher’, ‘Leadership and Management of Safeguarding’ and ‘Preparing for Ofsted’.
