Handy Tip:
After you hit the login button, bookmark or add the page to your browser’s favourites (usually by clicking the ‘Star’ icon). This way, you won’t have to log in to SchoolsWeb to access the Service Portal directly.

Trouble Logging In?
The login details to this portal are not automatically the same as your SchoolsWeb logins; these are two separate portals. You may find that the login usernames are the same or very similar. You should have been sent your Service Portal passwords via our IT department. If you are unable to log in, please submit the Portal Access Form.
Handy Tip:
If you request a password for the Service Portal and receive a link to reset it, choose the same password you use for your SchoolsWeb account. This will make it easier to remember.
