We support all BCC owned vehicles. We provide legal, technical, specification and maintenance advice to users. We provide vehicles on a contract hire basis.

Departments who purchase their own vehicles must have periodic safety inspections carried out by us. The charge includes arranging the annual MOT test including the collection and delivery of the vehicle, renewal of the vehicle excise license and Accident administration. Contact us for prices.

We also offer other maintenance packages where servicing can be included.

Vehicles need to be registered in BCC's name to allow Road Fund Licence renewals notices to be received etc.

All lease hire rates are variable and reviewed at the beginning of each financial year.

Free training

Learn how to do daily vehicle checks and defect identification. The course lasts 20 minutes and can be delivered onsite for up to 6 people.

It is an essential part of managing work-related road safety and health & safety legislation.

We regularly compare prices within the vehicle hire market to make sure we're competitive.

We comply with legal standards on the operation and maintenance of vehicles. Maintenance contracts are monitored to ensure contractual conditions are met and work is of a suitable quality.

All vehicles are subject to annual vehicle testing.
