Contracted Out Catering Services
Where contract catering is in operation e.g. schools, exactly who has responsibility for the up keep of the premises and the servicing and maintenance of plant and equipment must be clearly agreed between both parties. This would normally be specified in the contract. The contractor is responsible for the supervision and training of their catering employees.
