RE Network Meetings (Primary):

Hybrid Network Meetings are held termly at a school venue and via Zoom; one in the north and one in the south of the county from 4-5pm with Bill Moore, our SACRE advisor. You may attend whichever meeting date is most convenient as the agenda is the same in each area. The dates for the academic year 2025/26 are as follows, venues TBC:

Autumn Term:

• Tuesday 7^th October 2025 (North)
• Wednesday 8^th October (South)

Spring Term:

• Tuesday 3^rd February 2026 (South)
• Thursday 5^th February 2026 (North)

Summer Term:

• Tuesday 9^th June 2026 (North)
• Thursday 11^th June 2026 (South)

Secondary Network Meetings:

Secondary Network Meetings are held termly, online only 4.30pm – 5.30pm.

SACRE Annual Report:

SACREs have a duty to publish an annual report. This report has to be sent to the Secretary of State for Education as well as to key partners, including schools, teacher training institutions, libraries and councillors. The main purpose of the annual report is to hold the LA to account, by informing the Secretary of State and key partners what advice SACRE gave the LA during the year and how that was responded to; this includes advice on RE and Collective Worship in those schools for which the LA has responsibility.
