Bucks UNISON is the main trade union which represents members working in a range of public services and utilities across Buckinghamshire. We consult on members’ behalf, campaign for better working conditions, and negotiate pay for public services. 

Members can be employed by private companies, Buckinghamshire Council or in the community and voluntary sector.
