- adult education or community learning
- YP understands processes and support in relation to job centre provision.
- YP understands and accesses benefits where applicable.
Independence
- Young person (YP) continues to develop independent living skills through appropriate study programmes.
- YP understands correspondence/bills and manages them appropriately.
- YP has planned living arrangements in place.
Community inclusion
- Young person (YP) shows awareness of the role of adult social care and can access the service as required.
- YP has developed increasing social awareness. This includes understanding and reasoning skills to promote social and emotional wellbeing and reducing vulnerability within the community.
Health
- Young person (YP) manages health appointments/interventions.
