Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Tuesday 2nd September
Please be aware that planned maintenance will take place onTuesday, 2nd September, from 8:30 AM. During this time, theSchoolsWeb will betemporarily unavailable for up to 2 hours.
This is part of a scheduled upgrade to improve system performance and reliability. Normal service will resume once the upgrade is complete.
Young person (YP) consolidates or completes learning. They achieve outcomes to enable progression into:
further or higher education
employment
adult education or community learning
YP understands processes and support in relation to job centre provision.
YP understands and accesses benefits where applicable.
Independence
Young person (YP) continues to develop independent living skills through appropriate study programmes.
YP understands correspondence/bills and manages them appropriately.
YP has planned living arrangements in place.
Community inclusion
Young person (YP) shows awareness of the role of adult social care and can access the service as required.
YP has developed increasing social awareness. This includes understanding and reasoning skills to promote social and emotional wellbeing and reducing vulnerability within the community.
Health
Young person (YP) manages health appointments/interventions.
