Health

  • Young person (YP) can access information relating to relevant health services to maintain good health.
  • YP can take responsibility for dental, medical and optical appointments. They can communicate their needs and interact with appropriate staff to arrange these.
  • YP has the communication and interaction skills necessary (in the context of individual circumstances) to articulate health concerns/needs to relevant health professionals during appointments.
