The Family Services team helps children, young people and families early before problems become bigger. This is known as early help, which is a partnership approach to supporting families in need of additional help.

Through advice, signposting, sessions at Family Centres and group work programmes the service is available for:

1. parents
2. children
3. young people from birth to 19 years (or up to 25 years for people with special educational needs and disabilities).
