Roots to be cut out from within drain. Leaking joints to be repaired. Drain to be surrounded in concrete to prevent further attack.

Redesign and relay system. Load to be taken off of drain say underpinning.

Collapsed render from an inspection chamber

Clear blockage, re-render chamber.

Renew collapsed or broken section of drain

Check remainder of system by use of CCTV etc.

Wholesale deterioration of system

Renew system or consider lining of system.

Broken or cracked inspection chamber cover

Replace with correct duty cover for situation and location.
