Appendices 1 to 5 include screening and audit tools for whole-school early identification of pupils at risk of becoming EBSNA, identifying gaps in provision for students, and tasks to help teachers and parents support individuals. 

Appendix 6

Appendix 6 (EBSNA formulation tool) is a document designed to be continually updated as you develop your understanding of the needs underpinning a student’s EBSNA. Schools are encouraged to submit this document when making requests for advice from the Integrated SEND service or the Educational Psychology team.
